I've been meaning to comment on this picture for awhile now but find it hard to formulate what it makes me want to say.....so let me just say this...
The big puffy building reflected in a shallow street pool; with an orange burst of street light reflected immediately next to it and a ghost who appears to be part of the ethereal triangulation that's occuring here.
